1. General terms
1.1. The organizer of the promotion is Grand Capital Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
1.2. The promotion provides clients trading on Binary accounts with a bonus on each deposit made to their trading account.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
1.4. Participation in the promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as all other rules applicable on the Company’s Website.
1.5. The client is responsible for reviewing and familiarizing themselves with the current version of the promotion’s Terms and Conditions.
1.6. The Company reserves the right to refuse, amend, or revoke a bonus at any time and without explanation.
1.7. Ignorance or misunderstanding of these Terms and Conditions or other applicable rules cannot serve as grounds for a claim or complaint.
2. Participants
2.1. The promotion is available to all verified clients of Grand Capital Limited.
2.2. To participate in the promotion, the client must verify their mobile phone number and
provide all necessary documents required for identity verification.
2.3. Employees of Grand Capital Limited, its affiliated companies, and their relatives are not eligible to participate.
2.4. A trading account participating in this promotion cannot simultaneously participate in other Company promotions or receive other bonuses.
3. Bonus Granting Conditions
3.1. The amount of the bonus depends on the size of the client’s deposit, as follows:
3.1.1. For deposits of less than 100 USD - a 10% bonus is granted;
3.1.2. For deposits from 100 USD to 200 USD inclusive - a 15% bonus is granted;
3.1.3. For deposits exceeding 200 USD - a 20% bonus is granted.
3.2. The bonus is credited automatically after each successful deposit to the trading account.
3.3. The bonus is valid for a period of four (4) weeks (28 calendar days) from the date of crediting.
3.4. Upon expiration of the specified period mentioned in para 3.3., the bonus amount shall be automatically deducted from the account balance.
3.5. The bonus funds are intended solely for trading purposes and do not constitute the client’s own funds.
4. Use of Bonus and Profit
4.1. The bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
4.2. The bonus is not subject to any trading turnover requirement and does not need to be worked off.
4.3. Any profit generated from trading with bonus funds is available for withdrawal without additional conditions.
4.4. The Company retains ownership of the bonus funds until they are canceled or expire.
4.5. If the client withdraws personal funds before the end of the bonus validity period, the bonus amount shall be partially reduced in proportion to the withdrawn amount, as set out in Section 5.2.
5. Bonus Cancellation and Account Restrictions
5.1. The Client may request the cancellation of the bonus at any time by submitting a request through their Personal Manager or by creating a ticket addressed to the Technical Support Department. The bonus cannot be cancelled independently through the Personal Account interface. In the event of cancellation, only the bonus amount shall be deducted, while any profit earned shall remain in the Client’s account.
5.2. The bonus shall be partially canceled upon any withdrawal of funds, including internal transfers between the Client’s own accounts within the Company. The portion of the bonus to be canceled shall correspond to the percentage of the bonus originally granted on deposits. For example, if a 10% bonus was received, 10% of the withdrawal amount shall be deducted from the bonus balance accordingly.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus without prior notice in the following cases:
5.3.1. Detection of fraudulent, manipulative, abusive, or similar activities;
5.3.2. Use of anonymous proxy servers, or more than five (5) logins from IP addresses belonging to different regions or countries, or similar activities;
5.3.3. Violation of these Terms, the Company’s General Terms, or other applicable rules, or similar activities.
5.4. Upon bonus cancellation or expiration, any profit earned from trading with the bonus funds shall remain available to the client.
5.5. Partners and affiliates are not entitled to receive commissions for trades executed using bonus funds.
6. Claims Procedure
6.1. All claims or inquiries related to the promotion shall be submitted through the Client’s Personal Account by creating a ticket addressed to the Technical Support Department.
6.2. A valid claim must include the following information:
6.2.1. The client’s full name;
6.2.2. The client’s residential address;
6.2.3. The client’s trading account number; and
6.2.4. A detailed description of the issue.
6.3. Claims that lack any of the required details or contain offensive, emotional, or inappropriate language may not be considered.
6.4. The Company shall review claims in accordance with its internal complaint-handling procedures and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. By participating in the promotion, the client acknowledges and agrees to all conditions set forth in this Regulation.
7.2. The Company reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms at its sole discretion.
7.3. In the event of discrepancies between different language versions of this Regulation, the English version shall prevail.
